ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS

DR CHINASA TRINITTA AMADI

Chinasa Trinitta Amadi, a Russian-trained Medical Doctor, Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM) and a UK Certified Weight Loss Coach and Nutritionist, combines the finest of Clinical and Lifestyle Medical Practices. She holds a master’s degree in public health from the United Kingdom and is presently one of the thirty-seven Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physicians in Africa. She is a Fellow of the African Institute of Public Health Professionals.

Dr. Amadi is passionate about helping her community to adopt healthy choices to live healthy lives. Her passion led to the founding of Africa’s first Digital Lifestyle Medicine Practice, Ariella Health and Fitness Ltd, which has now become the first and only brand to offer an internationally recognized CPD-accredited health coaching course in Africa. Ariella Health and Fitness has since its inception worked with over ten thousand clients digitally across six continents, yielding desired results with a 92% customer rating.

A Director at Queen of Peace Hospitals and a Co-founder of Trinitta-Rose Charity Organization, an NGO dedicated to the social and health needs of indigent members of society.

She is also a much sought-after corporate trainer on Healthy Lifestyle and Stress Management for staff of several organizations and is on the faculty of McAbraham’s Ltd, a consulting and training firm.

Dr Amadi has practiced in the health, fitness, and wellness field for more than ten years, teaching, advocating, and promoting the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

She is an author and features regularly on TV, Radio, Print, and Social Media programs where she shares her expertise on health and total wellness matters.

DR MOYOSORE MAKINDE

Dr. Moyosore Makinde is a Family Physician and an International board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician. She is currently a Consultant at the Department of Family Medicine, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. She is also a diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

She has special interests in women's health, mental wellness, chronic disease prevention, and management using the principles of Lifestyle Medicine.

She is the President of the Society of Lifestyle Medicine of Nigeria and the General Secretary for the WONCA Young Doctors Movement in Africa, AfriWon Renaissance.

She is also the founder of a not-for-profit organization, Lifestyle Champions International, which is focused on medical education, coaching, and mentoring in the adoption of healthy lifestyle choices that prevent and treat lifestyle-related diseases. She also contributes to a mission that cares for the elderly and vulnerable. Fondly known as Dr Ore, her vision is to see everyone around her making healthy choices that will enhance longevity and a healthful life devoid of lifestyle-related diseases so that they can fulfill their God-given purpose.

OLADOYIN TAIWO

Oladoyin Taiwo is a brand and marketing communication professional with over 14 years of related experience across Education, PayTV, Non-Profit, Facilitating, and Consulting. She is currently a Senior Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager in her current place of employment, where she has served as the pioneer of the department since 2018 for a 67-year-old established brand based in Nigeria.

In her current capacity, Oladoyin works strategically with the organization’s Executive Management to communicate brand messaging for impact and visibility. This involves having strategy sessions, creating brand communications plans and policies, training internal communications teams, and overseeing organizational execution.

She has successfully facilitated for the US Consulate, Field of Skills and Dreams VTE, The Kunle Soriyan Company, and Fifth Gear Plus to facilitate business development training for entrepreneurs. Oladoyin has also been a speaker at the Next Titan show, NYSC orientation camp, Tourism Summit, Ladies in Business Club, churches, workshops, and conferences within Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Port Harcourt, and Chicago, among others.

Oladoyin has an MBA in Marketing from Keller School of Management, Chicago, IL, USA, and a B.Sc. in Mass Communication from Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria. She is a member of Sigma Beta Delta, an International Honor Society recognizing and promoting achievement in business, management, and administration.

She has been featured in Guardian Woman, Leading Ladies Africa, Business Day, and others. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, Associate Registered Practitioner in Advertising, and Associate Member of the Women in Management, Business, and Public Service, she is a past mentor at the Leading Ladies Africa Camp. Oladoyin has authored three books on Marketing and Branding for small businesses and is the convener of The Evolving Woman Conference.

TITILOPE ADEKOYA

Titilope Adekoya is a certified Health Coach, nutritionist, and food scientist with a passion for elucidating how nutrition and lifestyle changes can promote general health. She holds a bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State, Nigeria. She has a Master's in Public Health Nutrition from Edge Hill University, United Kingdom.

Throughout her career, Titilope has focused on helping people make healthier choices, and she aims to play a key role in curtailing the rise of non-communicable/Lifestyle-related diseases in the world.

As a health and wellness enthusiast, she volunteers with organizations to spread the gospel of healthy living.
